MEET THE Founder.

Vanguard Creative Labs was founded by Mark Njeru, a systems and digital infrastructure engineer based in Sydney. Currently completing a degree in Quantum Technology Engineering at UTS, he brings a level of technical rigour that most agencies and consultants don't.

Vanguard works closely with every client, from the first conversation through to delivery, getting into how a business actually runs, its workflows, systems and handoffs, and building the infrastructure that fixes what's slowing it down.

What exactly is a fractional technology partner?
Your outsourced tech team and CTO in one. Instead of hiring in-house or juggling freelancers, one partner owns your systems, automation, and online presence.
I already have a website and a few tools. Do I have to start over?
Rarely. We audit what you have, keep what works, and only replace what's holding you back. One cohesive system, not more subscriptions.
What size business do you usually work with?
Owner-led businesses, from a handful of people up to around fifty, where systems matter but a full-time tech hire is hard to justify.
How involved do I need to be?
As little as you want. We do the thinking, building, and running. You'll get clear checkpoints and a documented handover, without managing tools yourself.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, a single project is priced differently to an ongoing partnership. We scope it in the first conversation, no obligation.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We're based in Sydney and work with businesses Australia-wide. Fully remote, with on-site time in Sydney when a project needs it.
